These optional programmes work to your timetable to provide bespoke support with ongoing business development or projects.

We suggest a six-month commitment for optimum results, during which we’ll work to a structured plan and set realistic monthly targets that are designed to move your business forward. That means you’ll see and build on results the entire way through your six-month programme. Prices range from £200 to £800 per month depending on the level of support you need.

Tier 1

£1,200 for 6 months’
Business Mentoring

(payable in 6 x £200 monthly instalments).

Day-to-day tasks remain in-house with you, while we support you with analysis, planning, and making the right contacts.

The Tier 1 Package Includes:

Approx. 4 hours’ support per month including:

Monthly 1-hour planning and progress phone call or face-to-face meeting

Bi-weekly follow up calls to assist with monitoring progress and resolving issues

Initial review of manufacturing and sales funnel processes

Initial review of website and social media

Tier 2

£2,400 for 6 months’
Micro Project Management

(payable in 6 x £400 monthly instalments).

Most day-to-day tasks remain in-house with you, and we provide support with either social media promotion or your project.

The Tier 2 Package Includes:

Approx. 8 hours’ support per month focused on providing the information and guidance you need to progress your project including:

Monthly 1-hour planning and progress phone call or face-to-face meeting

Bi-weekly follow up calls to assist with monitoring progress and resolving issues

Initial review of manufacturing and sales funnel processes

Initial review of website and social media

Administrative support with social media management OR project research

Tier 3

£4,800 for 6 months’
Project Management

(payable in 6 x £800 monthly instalments).

Our exact scope of work will be agreed in advance and remains in your control. Our support might include research and planning for manufacture or distribution, or implementing processes needed to facilitate business growth and development.

The Tier 3 Package Includes:

Approx. 20 hours’ resource per month to progress your project, including:

Two monthly 3-hour planning and progress phone call or face-to-face meeting

Bi-weekly follow up calls to assist with monitoring progress and resolving issues

Initial review of manufacturing and sales funnel processes

Initial review of website and social media

Discount on our ‘Let’s Talk About…’ workshops

Additional support is always available

Customers purchasing any of the above packages have the option of purchasing additional support from us which will be charged at an hourly rate of £75 per hour for consulting and £40 per hour for administrative support.

Terms of agreement

All appointments included in your support tier (e.g. monthly planning calls and bi-weekly check-ins) will be pre-booked at the outset so that diaries can be managed and expectations set. Any additional service support time required will be charged at £75 per hour. No additional charges will be made without your express agreement. All service fees are charged monthly in advance, with the goal, plan and tasks for each 10-week block agreed with you in advance. The fee covers the business planning and consultant time for your project requirement and follow up. Most day-to-day tasks remain with you or your business unless you request us to undertake administration tasks on your behalf. SOL Design Collective provides support and ensures you are answerable to an agreed timeline and that there is a follow up and review process in place. This is in line with fundamental project management principles.
